Hey, we can’t all be perfect all the time, even a genius makes wrong assumptions (rarely)  lol

My theory in the last post, that an even # of plates would make each plate hold either positive or negative polarity on both sides turned out to be wrong. Thanks to a friend in fuel-saver.org Forum for pointing out the error. Lots of good info over there.

Anyways, I tested with odd… Continue reading | 1 Comment

Tero type cell with separate outputs for Hydrogen & Oxygen

An update on my last post, which will hopefully clarify some of the details, using small tubes over each plate in a Tero cell to separate the 2 gasses.

I use the same method of output tubes for my own fully flooded Tero type cells, the only addition is the membranes between 2 thinner neoprene gaskets to separate the gas and 2 recirculation reservoirs.

The tubes are cut to slot over the… Continue reading

How to build a cell with seperate Hydrogen and Oxygen outputs

Here’s an idea for modifying a tero cell to seperate Hydrogen and Oxygen.

It’s based on the fully flooded tero cell design I’m currently using for diesel generators, but reduced to 6″ X 6″ for car type amperages. Should run comfortably between 12 and 20 amps.  My diesel units are 12″ X 12″ with 12… Continue reading | 4 Comments
