		<description>I would not doubt that technology has already been developed that would ease the USA's dependence of foreign oil. Releasing it, however, would hurt Big Oil's bottom line, thus we will have to struggle through another 10 to 15 years of high gas prices.</description>

		<description>I am not sure why this isn't already a standard on all cars. Even if it averaged out at 40% better mileage it would still greatly reduce our dependence on foreign oil. Darn oil companies fight it I bet.</description>
